As a Junmai Daiginjo, it is made with only rice, water, yeast, and koji mold, with no added alcohol or sugar. The term "Daiginjo" indicates that the rice used in brewing has been milled to at least 50% of its original size, resulting in a sake of exceptional purity and complexity.
